Final front cover pic

I have decided in this photo for my front cover as it goes against most magazines, as you can't see the face. Marjorie Ferguson (1980) identified four types of facial expression in the cover photos. The four types were Chocolate box, Invitational, super-smiler and Romantic or Sexual. My photo does not fall into any of these types, so i have called it shy or grim. This means the figure in the photo is hiding, often behind a hood. The figure is shy and hiding, or is grim and wears a hoody over their face.(like a grim reaper). The effect i hope for is that people will want to know who is on the front cover, not knowing the figure keeps information/gossip about them. The problem is that the audence could just find the information on the internet. Another effect of the front cover photo is that it directly looks at teenagers (my target audience). This is because it is relatable, many teens wear hodies, the true reason is unknown. But many people think it is because they don't want to be seen, or that they're a crimnal/'rebel'. The front cover photo also tells people that he/she is diffrent, he/she does'nt stick their face on every magazine like over celebrites/singers. In conclusion a realy like the shy or grim photo, and i think it could catch peoples eyes just for being different.
